Adam works with clients in a trauma-informed way, using EMDR to help clients learn how to desensitise the imprints from past experiences that continue to trigger maladaptive response patterns in their nervous system that negatively affect their lives in the present.
All clients are at different stages of their lives. All clients have had different experiences with therapy. It is important to appreciate that there will need to be a process of getting to know one another and that psychological therapy is a journey that requires commitment from both clinician and client.
